Refund Policy
Transformation requires participation. We sell transformation, not entertainment. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, disliking the tone, lack of time, or financial hardship. We operate under a strict Performance-Based Guarantee: we assume the risk if you do the work and it fails — you assume the risk if you buy the work and fail to do it.
1. Digital Delivery
All products are digital (Ebook / Audiobook). Your download link is delivered by email immediately after purchase. It is your responsibility to enter a correct email address at checkout.
2. The 90-Day "Do The Work" Guarantee
You have 90 days from the date of purchase to test the material. To be eligible for a refund, you must demonstrate that you applied it. Email duongmybinh1@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request – [Order Number]" and attach:
- Proof of execution: photos or scans of your Journal documenting at least 21 consecutive days of the daily protocols;
- Written summary (100+ words) of the specific internal "Parasite" you identified and the action you took to break its hold;
- Gap analysis: a brief statement explaining the gap between the promised result and your actual result after doing the work.
3. Revocation of Access
If a refund is issued for any reason (including chargebacks), your license to the digital content is terminated and download access is permanently revoked.
